Delete your account
This permanently deletes your CoupleGoAI account and associated data.
What is deleted
Your account and profile, messages, AI memories, pairing and game data, feedback submissions and attachments, device logs, stored avatar, and shared Moments (photos, thumbnails, captions, reactions, reflections, and location pins). Shared relationship conversations connected to your account are also removed.
Retention
Your account and database records are removed from active systems when deletion succeeds. Shared Moments become unavailable immediately; deletion of their photos and thumbnails is queued and retried every five minutes if needed. There is no intentional additional retention of this content in active systems. Isolated database backups may contain earlier copies for up to 30 days before rolling expiry; they are not used to operate the app. If recovery from a backup is necessary, deletion requests must be reapplied before service resumes. If deletion fails or remains incomplete, contact [email protected].
