Child Safety Standards

CoupleGoAI is for adults aged 18 and over. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are prohibited throughout our app and services, including private and shared chats, photos, games, and AI content.
Prohibited content and behaviour
Do not create, upload, request, share, or promote sexual content involving minors, grooming, sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking of children, or any other conduct that sexually abuses or endangers a child. This includes AI-generated content. Do not use CoupleGoAI to contact or exploit minors.
Report a concern
In the app, open Profile → Feedback hub → Report a bug or share feedback, select General feedback, and describe the safety concern. Select AI chat for an AI response or Other for other content. You can submit the report without leaving the app.
You can also contact our child-safety point of contact at [email protected]. Include where the concern occurred and enough information for us to locate it. Do not download, copy, or attach suspected CSAM to your report. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
How we respond
We review child-safety reports and take appropriate action when we become aware of prohibited content or behaviour, including removing content, restricting access, and suspending or terminating accounts. When we identify CSAM, we act in accordance with applicable child-safety laws, including reporting to the relevant regional or national authorities as required. We handle reports and any legally required preservation of evidence with restricted access and respect for user privacy.
